The two images of Mars above were taken using the 16" 1903 Alvan-Clark & Sons Refractor telescope at the Cincinnati Observatory Center in Cincinnati Ohio.  The image was taken using an SBIG ST2000XM CCD Camera with a CFW8 Color Filter Wheel. The image was processed using MaxIm DL & Photoshop CS. 10 iterations of Lucy-Richardson deconvolution was used on the combined image. Red green & blue data was collected @ .40 sec. each. The red data was also used as a luminance frame to make a LRGB combination. Eyepiece projection was used using a 15mm eyepiece. This is only one frame of each color of the 300 frames collected. Photos will be update as the remaining data is evaluated and processed.

This image of Mars was taken with my Meade 10" LX200 @ f10 / 15 mm eyepiece projection using an SBIG ST2000XM with CFW8 Color Filter Wheel. Image is acquired & processed with MaxIm DL & Photoshop CS.  6 iterations of Lucy-Richardson deconvolution was used on the combined image with MaxIm DL and an unsharp mask with Photoshop CS. Red green & blue data was collected @ .40 sec each frame @ -30C Again the red data was also used as a luminance frame to make a LRGB combination.
